CITIES - sculptures and land art

Zaanstad

Zaanstad was the home of Victory. My forty-four meter wide, painted steel sculpture victory inhabited the void under highway A8 for nearly fifteen years. In the sixties this highway was projected through the heart of the Dutch town Koog aan de Zaan, now part of the city Zaanstad.
