Crafted for Haarlem’s Europaweg, this 1984 commission merges structural precision with site-specific intent. Its three spirals—alternating in direction—create rhythmic tension when viewed closely. Designed to resonate with both passing traffic and stationary observers, the work anchors its location through form, materiality, and engineered movement.
