Ede
The city of Ede in The Netherlands commissioned Lucien
den Arend to make a proposal for an environment in the Rietkampen,
a new district. In its center, there was to be a large reservoir
to collect rainwater. The site, has an urban character
and made possible a land art project with natural
elements combined with a polychrome perpendicular
concrete slab construction, which was to act as
retaining walls for a water reservoir.
