Capelle aan den IJsselCapelle aan den IJssel, a city neighboring Rotterdam, commissioned Lucien den Arend to make a sculpture for the playground of Bongerd Schools, Scholen aan de Bongerd. It was his first large stainless steel pipe sculpture.
